Nymphaea Notschaele

UX researcher for the Lectorate Medical Technology (since 2023) and lecturer HCI at the department for Information Technology (since 2015) at Inholland.

In 1999 Nymphaea graduated as a Master of Arts in Interactive multimedia at the HKU (Hogeschool voor de kunsten Utrecht). She has been active in the field of User Experience in various roles ever since.

She sees the potential to create positive impact with new technology, and at the same time the dedicated attention that is required to realize that potential. The desire to contribute to a society where technology is in service of people and the greater good draws Nymphaea to the Metahealth project.

With her background in User Experience Design she is well positioned to help develop ways to create knowledge dissemination for various target groups. Key skills that Nymphaea brings to the project team include:

  • Empathy to understand the user and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to combine and analyze data to create insight in the user needs and opportunities to get the right information to the right people.
  • Creative thinking to come up with new ideas based on the understanding of the users, their needs and the goals of the various stakeholders.
